Salam Bros..
Yup It's been ages... since the last time I wrote something in this blog. And It's been ages this blog has been... "dormant"...It's been ages the crawling text displaying the words "renovation in progress" haha.. The last post is by Ala, from my observation Ala antara yg trying to active kan balik blog ni..aku? hampes.. hehe.. Luckily I still remember the login password...
Why I suddenly create a new post.. recently my office decided to unblock blogspot and several other sites for executive, but the management are still monitoring the usage of internet and site visited by the executive..
if they are caught visiting or log-in into non-work related website too long they will receive a warning email and their name will be published in usage of internet for non-work related website.. My name once listed in top 10 executive, for the time login in Facebook in May 2011.
I take this opportunity to visit the Ulutopian Blog. Read the old post.. look at the old pictures.. some of them have dah missing ... some are still there...
What can I say is -Those days..We had a good time together... :) but then time goes by... Reading back Jr posting on June 25, 2008, "times they are changin" How true.. masing2 akan buat hal sendiri.. dan aku tau aku yang paling terok.. yela aku ngaku..Last time jumpe korang is mase visit Puck kat hospital..
But I think.. still not too late for myself and us to jumpe2 balik .. lepak2.. like the good old days.. sebelum ade antara kita yg meninggal.. yup serius.. Takdir tuhan sape yg tahu..
Dengan ini aku mohon maaf to all of u bros..walaupon aku tau korang tak kesah pon kot.. :P and nanti bila T-time.. text or call me.. InsyaAllah aku join... cakap masjid ni..tak tipu ..
I will start posting back kat blog ni.. Tak kisah kalau ade yg perasan atau tak.. hehe..
mana tau kot2 boleh meriah balik macam dulu.. tak meriah sgt pon takpe.. sebab sayang la pulak rase tgk blog ni, mcm mana kita start blog ni dulu2.. skrg ni terasa html coding aku dah berkarat... maklumla lama tak coding.. K la bro..
Adios..
erp.. mase nak publish post ni.. baru aku tau.. blogspot boleh view je.. aku takleh publish post.. ciss terokla management...

Yamaha DD-65
I just wasted my few ringgits to buy the Yamaha DD-65 digital Drum. I was so bored, not in a good mood (I rarely talk about work and complaint about it) and so I shop around and saw this gadget on sale. Without any hesitation I bought this 8-pad digital drum and knowing that I should have save the bucks for emergency use. What the heck. I just wanna drum, so fuck it ~ regret later. Now I have only 50 buck until the next paycheck. Yikes!.
Here's the Yamaha DD65

You can read about it in Yamaha coporation website www.yamaha.com
It sounds great and I can plug my players to it and play along. Further more, there's MIDI-to-USB output so I can transfer between my pc to this machine and send the notes to dictate by music software. Well, I haven't tried them yet since I didn't buy the cable yet.

Nevertheless, this thing performs well although it could use some newer technologies such as USB interface or flash memory card slots instead of cable. With some of the phones today capable of pairing using bluetooth, this drum should at least have that feature in case you got bored with all the preset songs.
Enjoy the video.

Ride to Muar

Last Saturday, we went to our friend’s hometown in Muar, Johore. 3 of us, a Ninja 250r, a ZX636R and a K9 GSX1000R met at MacDonalds Bandar Baru Bangi to have some breakfast and planned routes for our journey. It was raining and we waited until it stopped. Owh, the pictures will not be captioned. Sorry about that.
About 10.30 a.m. we made our move exiting through Bangi Tol Plaza and headed for our first rest stop at Ayer keroh RNR. We arrived there about 11.00 a.m. After a quick stop, we head for Tangkak Tol Plaza to exit for Muar.
The first stop from the Tol Plaza exit is a Muslim graveyard (I forgot the name of the place). My ZX636 friend stopped by to give a prayer to his late mother who passed away last year. His father also passed away but not buried in Johor but somewhere in Pahang. We talked about family and friends and how much we have to care for them and so.
Enough with the chatting, we continued our journey to Sg. Nibong where the GXSR friend home is. The road quite bumpy and not recommend for speed exceeding 100km/h. Lots of lorries carrying palm oil produce from the palm estates.
Upon arriving to his house, we were greeted by his mother and his daughter, and in-laws. The prepared lunch and you should try Johor’s Asam Pedas. Distinctly, has a unique taste it really stood out from typical asam pedas like Penang, Melaka and Selangor to name a few. The Chicken Asam Pedas and Fried mackerel fish with soy chili sauce enough made me eat 3 rounds of them. Bloated, sweating and feeling sleepy we chat with some his old timers. You can find more info on the link below.
As we prepared for our journey back, my friend recommended to stop by at Parit Simin. It’s a small fisherman quayside – on a mangrove with lots of monkeys around.
After that, we drop by Tanjung Emas for a quick dinner before we head straight back to KL. Total mileage covered is 432 kilometers. Not bad for a day trip.
Some link if you interested to know more about:
1. Asam Pedas - how to make one..yummy
2. Muar - must go
3. Tanjung Emas, Muar - Nice riverview
4. Rojak petis - It is a combination of local vegetables mix with special black colored sauce made mostly from shrimp(Otak Udang). (No link found)
5. Parit Simin - ..Some monkey business
6. Torpedo Scad - ..stuff 'em..grilled 'em..eat 'em and smile
